We are very lucky to have great local suppliers. Our meat is sourced from local farms and Nigel is a firm believer that if livestock are well looked after under British farming standards and don't travel far, it makes all the difference to the end product. Our customers get the very best of what is available.
Being a third generation butcher means we have a wealth of experience as to how to store meat in the best possible way. We are small enough to be able to hang meat for the correct amount of time, once again ensuring our customers get the juiciest and tastiest products.

At J.Heath & Son we pride ourselves in the provenance of our meat, its locality to us and the care we take in hanging it and cutting it. Our essentials boxes are designed to give you a weekly supply of staple cuts, from chicken to our prime steak mince at an affordable price. Most importantly this is quality you just won’t find at the supermarket.
OUR BBQ BOXES
BBQs are designed to enhance excellent quality meat. When cooking on an open flame having succulent meat, hung to perfection, with the right fat cover makes all the difference. Our BBQ packs are excellent value for money, very simple, but oh so tasty.
